Terms of Service

These terms govern every project we take on. By sending us a request through our contact form or by email, you agree to them. Each project is also covered by its own written quote.

Quotes and agreements

Before work begins, you receive a written quote that defines the scope, price and timeline of the project. Work starts once you accept the quote — by email, signed document, or a deposit.

For larger projects we may ask you to sign a short contract. This protects both sides and prevents misunderstandings.

If the scope changes after work has started, we will agree on the change and any additional cost before proceeding.

Payments

We are flexible about payment: you can pay in advance, in stages, or after the work is done — we agree on the schedule per project and state it in the quote.

The final balance is due on completion, before the finished project is handed over or deployed.

Revisions

We iterate on the work until you are satisfied. We have no hidden limits — most clients need just a few rounds of changes.

If you request major additions that go beyond the agreed scope, we will quote them separately.

Your responsibilities

You provide the content, images and any other materials we need, and you respond to our questions and review requests in reasonable time.

Delays on your side — missing materials or late feedback — may extend the project timeline.

Timeline

Quoted timelines are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees. Delays caused by third parties (domains, external services, payment processors) are outside our control.

Ownership

Once the project is fully paid for, you own the finished product — its code, design and content. Ownership transfers after the final payment is received.

We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party content such as fonts, images and software is governed by its own licenses.

Hosting and support

For sites we host, bug fixes and small adjustments are included for as long as we host the site.

When we hand over the code, we fix bugs for 30 days after delivery — or until the end of the assignment, for school projects. Beyond that, maintenance is available as a paid service.

Domains, hosting, payment processors and other third-party services are subject to their own terms of service.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. If no work has started yet, any deposit you have paid is fully refundable.

Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable — it covers the time and effort already invested.

Liability

We deliver our work with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Confidentiality

We treat the details of your project as confidential and do not share them with third parties, except where needed to deliver the work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
