StyleHouse - E-commerce Fashion Store

A complete e-commerce platform built as a 12th grade graduation project. Customers can browse products by category, manage a shopping cart, and place orders with multiple payment methods (card, cash, bank transfer). Features a Filament-based admin panel for managing products, categories, users, and payments. Supports light/dark mode with customizable accent colors and is fully localized in Bulgarian. Built with Laravel 12, Vue 3, and Inertia.js over the course of several months.

Challenges

  • Multi-step checkout with multiple payment methods required a smooth, reliable flow
  • Product catalog needed filtering by category and price range with pagination
  • Admin panel had to be powerful yet intuitive for non-technical staff

Solutions

  • Built a state-machine checkout flow with Inertia.js for seamless SPA navigation without losing server-side benefits
  • Implemented Laravel Scout for full-text search and category/price filtering with pagination
  • Used Filament admin panel with custom resource management for products, categories, users, and payments
